OFFICIAL RULES

WHO CAN ENTER
1.Entrants must be legal Ohio residents who are 21 years of age or older, have lawful access to the Internet, a valid e-mail address, and ownership of a functioning, running motorcycle in work-able condition.

2.Employees of LocalTV, LLC, on behalf of its station WJW (TV) FOX 8, Southeast Harley Davidson, and Ohio Technical College (collectively, “Sponsors”), and their affiliated companies, and the advertising and promotion agencies of each and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

HOW TO ENTER AND HOW TO WIN
1.No purchase is necessary to enter or win. One entry per email address per day.

2.The giveaway begins at 12:01 AM local time on May 24, 2010, and all entries must be received by 11:59 PM local time on June 12, 2010.

3.To enter log onto fox8.com, rollover the “FOX 8” tab, click on the “Contest” link, and then click on the Southeast Harley / Ohio Technical College “Rev Up My Harley” logo. If you are not a registered user of fox8.com, register by providing your name, address, phone number, gender, age, and email address, and then upload a picture of your motorcycle to be revamped. If you are a registered user, simply enter your email address and upload a picture of your motorcycle to be revamped

4.One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected by a panel of three (3) judges. Submissions will be judged based on aesthetic condition of the bike, real ability to fix the bike (i.e. available parts, paint etc.) and story submission that portrays the most need. The decision of the judges on all matters is final.

5.Sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsors or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsors are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted.

THE PRIZES
1.ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER will receive a complete overhaul of their motorcycle’s exterior [E.R.V.: $1,000; provided by Southeast Harley Davidson and Ohio Technical College].

NOTE: GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHOOSE THEIR UPGRADES AND LOSES ALL AUTHORITY TO MAKE ANY DECISIONS REGARDING THE MOTORCYCLE BEFORE & DURING THE OVERHAUL. GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST COMPLY WITH THE SPONSORS TO SHOWCASE THE REVAMPED BIKE IN UP TO TWO (2) LIVE APPEARANCES. – CORN ROAST ON AUGUST 20, 2010 AT SOUTH EAST HARLEY DAVIDSON AND A PSI OPENHOUSE IN AUGUST.

2.Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness, and photograph for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

3.The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone on or about June 15, 2009. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return a Certificate of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified. If the winner cannot be reached, or if the winner does not complete, sign and return the Certificate of Eligibility and Release within the designated time period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by the judges. If the alternate cannot be reached, or if the alternate does not complete, sign and return the Certificate of Eligibility and Release within the designated time period of seven (7) days, the prize will not be awarded.

4.Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

5.Winner is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes based on the estimated retail value of the prize as stated in the rules. Only one prize will be awarded.

ODDS OF WINNING: MISC
1.Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Complete contest rules are available through August 28, 2009, Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WJW (TV) FOX 8, 5800 South Marginal Road, Cleveland, Ohio or on fox8.com through July 26, 2009.

2.For the Grand Prize Winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope after July 27th, 2009, and before October 31st, 2009, to “Rev Up My Harley”, c/o WJW (TV) FOX 8, 5800 South Marginal Road, Cleveland, Ohio, 44103.

3.This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. Sponsors are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize.

4.By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, (c) to Sponsors’ use of entrants’ personal information as described in WJW (TV) FOX 8’s Privacy Policy located at fox8.com, and (d) entry constitutes an assignment to sponsors of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any.
